Botanical Tartarians

My cherry tree does have leaves like this, but the cherries are never so big nor dark.  Instead mine are like bright little red beads.  No pits thankfully, or at least they are so small that they don't matter, and after taking care of it for a few years, the fruit is sweet -- it's just that there isn't much of it.
